Order Cancellation Policy

I. Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be made within 72 hours after payment, as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

Once the processing of the order has begun, it is considered shipped, and cancellation is no longer possible.

II. Non-Cancellable Situations

  • If the order has already been dispatched.

  • Errors in the shipping address or contact details leading to delivery failure or delay are the buyer’s responsibility and do not justify cancellation.

III. Process After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers can exercise their right of withdrawal under the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 working days, and the bank processing time typically takes 10 to 15 working days (depending on the bank).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).

IV. How to Cancel an Order

If your order meets the cancellation criteria, please contact our customer service and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Proof of payment or receipt;

  • The reason for your cancellation request.

V. Cancellation Request Review and Refund Processing

After receiving all required information, your cancellation request will typically be reviewed within 1 to 3 working days and we will notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.

The estimated bank processing time for the refund is between 10 and 15 working days, depending on your bank.
