Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

I. Return and Exchange Period
In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, a return or exchange request can be made within 14 working days of receiving the product.

All requests must be approved by customer service beforehand; unauthorized returns may result in longer processing times.

Requests made after the 14 working days period cannot be considered.

II. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service and provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Supporting photos or videos, if applicable

A response is generally provided within 3 working days, along with detailed instructions. Once the request is validated, a prepaid return label (PDF) and shipping instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.

III. Processing Refunds and Exchanges
Once validated, a prepaid return label (PDF) and necessary instructions will be sent.

Please ensure the product is properly packed, print the return label, and attach it to the package.

The prepaid label (PDF) is valid for 7 calendar days; the package must be handed to the designated carrier within this period.

  • Exchange: Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

  • Refund: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 working days and issued via the original payment method. Bank processing time is estimated between 10 and 15 working days, depending on the bank's processing times.

IV. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, conflicts, or logistical disruptions, an appropriate solution will be sought in consultation with the customer.

V. Data Protection
Personal information collected during the return, refund, or after-sales assistance process will only be used for those purposes.

Data processing complies with GDPR, and security and confidentiality measures are implemented to protect your information.
