Delivery is available within the United Kingdom and its associated territories.
Addresses outside of the United Kingdom are not serviced.
II. Shipping Rates and Fees

The DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model is used; prices include UK VAT (20%) and customs duties, with no additional fees upon delivery.

Free delivery is available for orders over £147.8. For orders below this amount, shipping fees of £6.55 apply.

The amounts displayed on the site correspond to the final total, with no hidden costs.
III. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed before 18:00 are processed on the same day; orders placed after 18:00 will be confirmed the following day.

Shipping occurs within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is between 8 and 16 working days, depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, and transport.

After dispatch, a unique tracking number and logistics information will be sent via email.
IV. Carriers
Deliveries are carried out by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, all of which offer online tracking.
V. Receipt and Incident Management

Upon receipt, it is recommended to check the condition of the packaging; if visible damage is found, photos should be taken and a note added when signing for the package.

If the package is received by a third party, the same procedure applies.

For damaged, incomplete, delayed, or misdelivered packages, please contact customer service within 48 hours to initiate a verification and potential return or refund process.

Costs related to an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the user.
VI. Modification and Cancellation

A request for address modification or cancellation with refund can be made within 72 hours prior to shipment.
