IV. Prices and Taxes

  • All amounts include UK VAT (20%).

  • Customs duties and clearance fees are included under the DDP model.

  • The amount paid corresponds to the final total, with no additional fees upon receipt.

V. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is validated, the refund is processed within 1 to 3 working days. Due to banking delays, funds usually appear within 10 to 15 working days (depending on bank processing).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, Visa or Mastercard.

  • In case of delay, the order number and transaction proof can be provided for tracking.
