I. Terms of Use

Accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this platform implies acceptance of this policy. If you disagree, the use of services may be suspended.

Users must be at least 15 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

The information provided during registration must be accurate and complete; any risks arising from incorrect data are the user's responsibility.

II. Products and Prices

Product descriptions aim to be accurate, but slight discrepancies may occur between images and the actual items received.

The prices and quantities shown during checkout represent the final reference.

All amounts include UK VAT (20%) and applicable duties.

Shipping follows the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all fees are included in the final price, and no additional payments are required upon receipt.

III. Orders and Payment

Once payment is confirmed, the order moves directly to preparation and then to shipment.

The accepted currency is the British Pound (£), with Visa and MasterCard supported.

Transactions are processed through a platform compliant with PCI-DSS standards, with TLS encryption.

No credit card data is stored.

IV. Shipping and Delivery Fees

Orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is between 8 and 16 working days, depending on customs clearance and shipping.

Delivery is free for orders over £147.8; for orders below this amount, shipping fees of £6.55 apply.

Logistics services are provided by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with tracking numbers provided.

Fees due to incorrect addresses are the user's responsibility.

V. Cancellation and Refunds

Before Shipment: Cancellation is possible within 72 hours of payment, with a full refund.
After Shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible, but a return request can be made once the item is received.
After validating the return, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 working days; due to bank processing times, funds may take 10 to 15 working days to appear (depending on bank procedures).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).

VI. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, a return or exchange request can be made within 14 working days of receiving the product.

Once the request is accepted, a prepaid return label (PDF) and a download link containing the shipping instructions will be provided.

After receiving the documents, carefully pack the item to be returned, print the label, and attach it to the package.

The prepaid return label (PDF) is valid for 7 calendar days; the package must be handed to the designated carrier within this period.

Once the item is returned, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

VII. Data Protection and Privacy

Only the data necessary for processing orders and services (name, address, payment information, etc.) is collected.

Security is ensured through TLS encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
